3D Frontend Engineer (Warehouse & Procedural Systems)

Role Overview:

We are building a next-generation 3D digital twin platform for warehouse automation and industrial systems.

We’re looking for a 3D Frontend Engineer to design and develop interactive, high-performance warehouse environments with procedural generation, real-time simulation, and scalable UI systems.

You will work at the intersection of WebGL/WebGPU, procedural modeling, and industrial workflows, helping us create intelligent, dynamic 3D applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop real-time 3D warehouse environments using modern web technologies
• Build procedural layout systems for racks, conveyors, robots, and storage units
• Implement interactive controls for navigation, simulation, and system monitoring
• Optimize rendering performance for large-scale scenes (10k+ objects)
• Integrate live data streams (IoT / APIs) into 3D visualization
• Collaborate with backend, AI, and simulation teams for digital twin workflows
• Design reusable 3D component systems & asset pipelines (GLTF/USD)

Required Skills

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Expertise in Three.js / WebGL / WebGPU
• Solid understanding of 3D mathematics (vectors, matrices, transformations)
• Experience with procedural generation or parametric modeling
• Knowledge of scene graph optimization & performance tuning
• Familiarity with GLTF, shaders, and rendering pipelines

Good to Have

• Experience with warehouse systems / logistics / robotics visualization
• Knowledge of physics engines (e.g., Cannon.js, Ammo.js)
• Exposure to USD, CAD integrations
• Understanding of real-time collaboration systems
• Experience with React Three Fiber / WebGPU frameworks
