Build long-term, profitable and collaborative relationships with clients to ensure they trust Mint as business advisors that can drive their businesses forward with our progressive creative work.
Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Support and liaise with the internal team to discuss and identify requirements for clients
- Support the internal team in devising a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
- Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to your programs and responsibilities
- Act as a key resource to the internal account team
- Assist in the consistent delivery of internal communications (via Slack or other Mint tools) to provide updates and action plans throughout the lifecycle of a campaign
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Support Client Service Team in the administration, creation, delivery and maintenance of required client documentation, including contracts (service agreements), project scopes, client budgets, payment schedules, invoicing, change orders, forecasts, reports, surveys, meeting agendas and notes
- Ensure that Mint procedures are adhered to at all times, ensuring appropriate sign-offs are secured internally and externally
- Proofread all materials at all stages of the project
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
- Reporting: Forecast and track key account metrics (KPIs) and present to Account Manager/ Account Supervisor / Client
- Research: help with proposal development through supplier and partner outreach, trends forecasting, logistics, KPIs, demographics, etc.
- Budgets: work with AM or AS to develop budgets, sourcing items to help estimate costs
- Support the development of key timelines and workback schedules
- Vendor management: Create briefs for suppliers/partners and manage vendors to deliver the campaign assets/needs
- Work with other departments to develop campaigns - project management to ensure all departments are tracking towards their deliverables
- Escalate any risks and collaboratively build solutions with key account members
- Any other duties required by the Account Director and/or Senior Management.
- Identify and support the organic development of incremental business within existing client portfolios – in conjunction with Client Services
- Hire, train, and manage in-field staff during events, including the development of training materials
- Conduct site visits as needed with Production to ensure all information is captured

Qualifications
- Requires at least 1-2 years of client service and people management experience
- Self-motivated with an appetite to succeed in a client service position
- Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner
- Extremely detail-oriented, logical, work-oriented and analytical
- Background in Advertising/Marketing Agency environment experience is required
- Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, and adaptability
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly motivated
- This role may at times require weekend work and/or off-standard hours of program execution and occasional travel
- Must be able to attend events in Toronto/GTA
Pay range and compensation package
$50,000 - $55,000
