Job Description
Role OverviewThe Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively supporting the expansion of new business opportunities and markets. This position requires a balance of account stewardship, proactive client engagement, and market development initiatives aligned with Amardeep Fabrics’ growth strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementServe as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term relationships.Support senior executives in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.Assist in prospecting, lead generation, and initial outreach to potential clients.Conduct market research to support expansion strategies and competitive positioning.Sales SupportTrack and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and account performance.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align client needs with company offerings.Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote Amardeep Fabrics’ brand and products.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with interior design, textiles, fabrics, or luxury goods industry is a plus.
