Job Description
Accountant/ Accounts Executive
Accounts & Record ManagementMaintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, cash books, and financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable accurately.
- Handle vendor bills, purchase entries, and expense records.
- Update and reconcile bank statements regularly.
Billing & InvoicingPrepare customer invoices on time.
- Maintain invoice records and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing-related requirements.
Payroll & Employee PaymentsPrepare monthly salary statements.
- Process staff payments, allowances, and reimbursements.
- Maintain attendance-linked payroll records.
Financial ReportingPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and cost analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and provide timely updates.
Taxation & ComplianceEnsure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory reports.
- Maintain compliance with government regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during annual audit processes.
Inventory & Purchase CoordinationMaintain stock records and verify purchase entries.
- Support inventory reconciliation and physical stock audits.
Administrative SupportMaintain documentation related to finance and accounts.
- Assist management with financial data whenever required.
