Account Executive – Hybrid (Woburn, MA)

Curate Partners is searching for a bold, outgoing, and ambitious Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, breaking into new accounts, and driving growth in existing ones. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule: onsite in Woburn, MA every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hunt, win, and lift new business opportunities—identify prospects, qualify leads, and close deals in data, digital product, AI/ML, and customer-experience (CX) services.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts—serve as trusted advisor and understand client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the delivery / consulting / technical teams to ensure what we sell aligns with what we deliver.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and reporting—keep leadership in the loop on progress, wins, and blockers.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in sales / account management (preferably in consulting, technology, or services) with a track record of growing accounts and closing new business.
  • Familiarity with selling data / digital / AI-enabled services a major plus.
  • Ability to understand business outcomes, ROI, and client pain points around experience, data, and technology.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (in-office in Woburn three days/week).
