Role Overview: Account Executive

Number of Positions - 2

Working Days: 6 days a week

Must Have: Proficiency in Tally and 1-2 year exp in accounts operations

Salary Package: upto 3.5 Lakh per annum

Location: Kopar khairane, Navi Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with prior exposure to the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate with around 2 years of relevant experience to support financial operations, compliance, reporting, and audits. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently while supporting senior management.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead end-to-end financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes

·        Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.

·        Manage internal and external audits, and maintain financial controls

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

·        Oversee accounting operations, financial accounting and forecasting

·        Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

·        Provide financial insights for cost optimization and revenue growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• Experience in finance operations within medical devices/pharmaceuticals (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Tally (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, GST, and billing compliance
• Good Tally, Excel and MS Office skills
