About the Role:

We are a full‑service direct response advertising and marketing agency seeking an experienced Account Executive / Project Manager to manage multiple high‑level client accounts in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

📍 This is an on‑site position. Candidates must live in Middle Tennessee.

What You'll Do 💼

• Manage multiple high‑level client accounts simultaneously
• Lead projects from creative brief through execution and strategic evaluation
• Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign strategy development 🎨
• Assign and manage internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Oversee production, including obtaining print quotes and developing media plans
• Manage vendors and negotiate costs for large‑scale budgets 💰
• Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure flawless execution through strong organization and attention to detail ✅

What You Bring 🧠

• 5+ years of agency experience as an Account Executive managing multiple high‑level accounts
• Proven understanding of direct response marketing platforms (direct mail, digital, DRTV)
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• A proactive, self‑driven mindset
• Event planning experience is a plus 🎉
• A genuine passion for marketing and client success
