Adfactors PR is looking for dynamic communications professionals to join our Healthcare Practice at both Account Executive and Manager levels. If you are passionate about shaping narratives in the healthcare, pharma, and wellness space , this is an opportunity to work on impactful and purpose-driven mandates.

Role Overview

You will be part of a team driving strategic communication for leading healthcare brands - ranging from hospitals and pharma companies to health-tech and public health initiatives. The role involves a mix of client servicing, media engagement, content development, and campaign execution .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage/support client servicing and day-to-day account operations .
• Develop and execute communication strategies and media outreach plans .
• Build strong relationships with health, pharma, policy, and business media .
• Create high-quality content including press releases, articles, thought leadership pieces, and briefing documents .
• Track media coverage and deliver insightful reports and recommendations .
• Stay updated on healthcare trends, regulations, and policy developments .
• Support and execute campaigns, launches, and awareness initiatives .
• (For Manager level) Lead accounts, mentor teams, and contribute to business growth and client strategy .

What We’re Looking For

• Account Executive: 1-3 years of experience in PR/communications.
• Manager: 5-7 years of experience, preferably in healthcare/pharma communications .
• Strong writing, storytelling, and media networking skills .
• Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, pharma, medtech, public health).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment .
• Strong sense of responsibility while handling sensitive and reputation-driven communication .
