Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their gifting requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of personalised gifts, and identifying opportunities to grow business relationships with existing and potential clients. Effective communication and a client-centric approach are vital in this role, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship and Account Management skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Project Coordination and Organisational skills to oversee the timely delivery of projects, manage details, and handle multiple accounts effectively.
• Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, effectively communicate ideas, and address client needs.
• Sales and Negotiation skills to identify business opportunities, close deals, and foster partnerships with new and existing clients.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work under deadlines, attention to detail, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in corporate gifting, client servicing, or account management is preferred.

Things to Note:

• This is a full-time, on-site job - office located in North West Delhi
• Working Days: Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off / 1st, 3rd & 5th Sat WFH)
• Working Hours: 10 am - 6:30 pm
• Salary: 40k PM (in-hand)
