Account Executive/Account Manager (Aviation Insurance)

Dallas, TX (In-Office) Full-Time

TITAN Aerospace Insurance is looking for an experienced Account Executive/Account Manager to support a diverse portfolio of aviation clients. Aviation insurance experience is strongly preferred.

In this role, you'll manage high-value accounts, support renewals, and deliver top-tier client service while working closely with carriers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client support (certificates, invoicing, endorsements, policy changes)
• Prepare renewal applications and proposal documents
• Request, track, and verify policies and endorsements
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control on client deliverables
• Maintain workflows and documentation in Applied EPIC

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience (aviation insurance preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Experience with Applied EPIC and Microsoft Excel
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and/or certifications (CPUC, ARM, CIC, CAIP)
