Account Executive

Location: On Site Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 2–5 years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in Tally accounting software and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, GST filings, audits, and preparing monthly MIS and financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP
• Manage accounting for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) including reconciliations
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
• Assist in audit preparation and coordination with external auditors
• Generate and analyse monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and other financial summaries
• Ensure timely recording of expenses, revenue, and adjustments
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, payments, and vendor reconciliations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Tally ERP and handling e-commerce accounting
• Good understanding of GST compliance and audit documentation
• Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and financial statements
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
