Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Accountant. The Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations. The responsibilities also include budgeting, reporting, tax management, and providing support during audits, while collaborating with other departments to optimize financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including spreadsheets
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and analysis
• Preparing cash flow N P&L
• GST Knowledge Mandatory
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and preparing tax returns is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications like CA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous
• Prior experience in the F&B industry is desirable but not mandatory
• Tally Mandatory
• Zoho Books Hands On Experience
• Advanced Excel knowledge is Must eg vlookup, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS etc
