Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with at least 3 years of experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Assist in GST/TDS filings and other regulatory filings
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation
• Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• BCOM/MCOM, MBA (Finance) is a plus
• Experience in handling audits and tax filings
