Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role at Delhi Public School, Sector 122, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Accountant will be responsible for handling daily financial activities, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial records and reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining accurate records, and offering support during audits and budget preparation processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Financial Software, Bookkeeping, and Bank Reconciliation
• Familiarity with Taxation and Compliance Processes
• Analytical thinking, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Effective Communication Skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Post Graduate preferably with commerce background.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar field and with reputed schools
• Good knowledge of ERP, GST, TDS, PF
• Previous experience in educational institutions or similar environments is advantageous
