Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Pune (Koregaon Park). The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, assisting in the planning and execution of meetings, incentive programs, conferences, and exhibitions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Account Executive will also handle event registrations, oversee landing pages, and ensure all client requirements are met efficiently. Working knowledge of Zoho is required.
Qualifications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
-Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
-Flexibility to work on-site and manage events in Pune
