If you have a strong background in accounting and financial management and enjoy working closely with leadership, this role is for you. You’ll be at the heart of financial operations, helping guide decisions and maintaining strong financial systems.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Implement and manage accounting systems and operations for new business ventures.</li><li>Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.</li><li>Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Reconcile general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and statements.</li><li>Conduct budgeting and forecasting to support financial stability.</li><li>Provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making, including cash flow and capital investment planning.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and governmental regulations.</li><li>Prepare payroll and payroll tax reports.</li><li>Assist with tax preparation and filing in coordination with CPAs.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Perform other duties as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.<br><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 5 years in accounting or finance, ideally in public or corporate accounting.<br><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks or ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting tools.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p>#SRGTexarkana #TexarkanaSRG</p></div></div></div></div>PandoLogic.
