CTC Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month | Immediate Joiner

Role Summary

We’re seeking a disciplined and execution-focused Credit & Accounts Executive to support Trev Cabs’s financial operations and safeguard revenue flow across enterprise mobility engagements. This role sits at the intersection of invoicing, collections, and customer reconciliations, requiring someone who understands transaction accuracy, payment cycles, and the operational realities of a fast-scaling corporate mobility business. The ideal candidate brings clarity to numbers, ownership to follow-ups, and consistency to credit processes, ensuring Trev’s invoicing and receivables ecosystem remains robust, transparent, and audit-ready as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

·       Invoicing & Processing

o  Prepare, verify, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

o  Ensure compliance with internal finance processes and documentation standards.

·       Collections Management

o  Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

o  Track receivables and maintain regular collection status updates.

·       Customer Reconciliation

o  Perform customer ledger reconciliations.

o  Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, or credits.

·       Credit Control

o  Assist in monitoring credit limits and payment cycles.

o  Flag potential credit risks and delayed payments proactively.

·       Coordination & Reporting

o  Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related clarifications.

o  Maintain basic MIS and support reporting as required.

Candidate Profile

·      Basic understanding of accounts, invoicing, and collections

·      Prior experience in credit control or accounts receivable preferred

·      Comfortable working with numbers and reconciliations

·      Good follow-up and communication skills

·      Hands-on, process-driven, and dependable
