Role Overview:

Holypills is a women’s health technology platform dedicated to empowering wellness through holistic care and digital innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, and ledger maintenance
• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure compliance with TDS and Income Tax basics
• Handle bank reconciliation and vendor coordination
• Support budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with auditors, banks, and internal teams for smooth financial operations
• Utilize accounting software such as Zoho Books or TallyPrime effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com / BBA)
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in CA firms, corporate accounts, or service-based companies preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime, GST compliance, MS Excel, and English communication
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills
