About the role

Manage financial operations for MSGP's compost manufacturing and Bengaluru municipal solid waste contracts — including BBMP billing, tipping fee reconciliation & cost reporting.

Full-time On-site · Bengaluru: 3–4 yrs exp

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month · 

Key responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts — P&L, balance sheet & ledgers
• Manage invoicing & billing against BBMP and private clients; track receivables
• Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS filings & liaison with tax consultants
• Track operational costs — fleet fuel, tipping fees & compost plant inputs
• Process vendor payments for vehicles, equipment & disposal contractors
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements & budget variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit & compliance filings

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter;
• 3+ years in accounting; infrastructure or waste sector a plus
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel & e-filing portals
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS & Karnataka commercial tax norms
