Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
• Assist in salary processing and expense management
• Maintain cash and other payment records in MS Excel and softwares
• Prepare financial reports and MIS for management review
• Coordinate with auditors and support during audits

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
• Understanding of basic compliance
• High level of accuracy, discipline, and accountability
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CPA or CMA) are a plus
• Previous experience in accounting roles, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or related industries, is an advantage
