Company Description Ravel is a fast-growing custom haircare and skincare brand featured on Shark Tank and recently listed on the stock exchange. We're building tight financial infrastructure to match our growth, and we need someone who can own the numbers end-to-end.

The Role You'll keep our books clean, reconciliations tight, and reports accurate. This is a hands-on role. You'll be working directly in Tally every day, managing real transactions across a live ecommerce business. If you're looking for a role where you can genuinely understand a growing D2C brand from the inside, this is it.

What You'll Do Daily

• Handle all data entry in Tally across sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions
• Reconcile accounts, payment gateways, and bank statements regularly
• Track ecommerce-specific flows including COD remittances, returns, marketplace settlements, and platform fee deductions
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for leadership
• Manage GST entries and ensure books are audit-ready at all times
• Flag discrepancies before they become problems

You're Right for This If

• 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficient in Tally and Excel, no handholding required
• You've handled reconciliations independently, not just assisted on them
• Good working knowledge of GST and TDS
• Detail-oriented and consistent. This role lives and dies on accuracy.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in D2C, ecommerce, or a startup environment
• Familiarity with Shopify or payment gateway reconciliations (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
• Exposure to a listed company or audit process
