Responsibilities:
• Prepare and record journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
• Manage accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and vendor communication.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements to maintain financial accuracy.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on payroll management and expense reporting.
• Optimize financial workflows and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Provide insights and support for financial planning and budgeting efforts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address financial inquiries and challenges.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience with a focus on attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing journal entries and general ledger accounting.
• Experience working with NetSuite software is essential.
• Familiarity with SaaS, tech, AI, or startup environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
