Skills - AP. AR. Tax, Finance, P& L statement

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

 Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger management and journal

entries.

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

 Prepare, review, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

 Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.

 Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records.

 Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

 Manage vendor payments and customer invoicing processes.

 Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.

 Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.

3. Compliance & Taxation

 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, and other

applicable tax laws.

 Prepare and review tax filings and statutory returns.

 Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

4. Budgeting & Financial Planning

 Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

 Monitor actual expenses against budgets and identify variances.

 Analyze financial performance using P&L reports and provide insights to

management.

5. Team Management

 Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounting team.

 Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

6. Process Improvement & Controls

 Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

 Strengthen internal financial controls and improve operational efficiency.

 Identify and implement process improvements in financial workflows.
