Accounting and Finance Manager - Gift City, India

A global, leading composite insurance firm is seeking a dynamic Accounting and Finance Manager, to join their brand new team in GIFT City, India. This is a unique opportunity for an innovative, entrepreneurial Finance expert to drive excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be based in GIFT City and will require the successful candidate to work onsite.

The manager will oversee financial processing for the Branch, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for both Group (USGAAP) and Head Office (MAS) purposes. Key responsibilities include liaising with compliance officers, external auditors, and banks, while coordinating across various departments. The role also supports continuous improvement of financial systems and provides analytical support to regional leaders. Additionally, the manager will assist in maintaining compliance with local regulations and managing branch risks, as well as performing occasional office management duties.
