Job Description
We are currently hiring an Admin & Accounts Executive located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The selected candidate MUST have 1–2 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector and will support the Admin Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations . Responsibilities include assisting with daily coordination, maintaining basic accounts and records, managing stock and inventory, and handling client interactions professionally.
MANDATORY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE WILL BE
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
- Client coordination is a mandatory aspect of this role . The selected candidate will be responsible for closely tracking the progress of work on each vehicle, monitoring its stage at all times, addressing staff-related issues as they arise, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at the time of delivery .
- The role also involves carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating with field staff and the accounts team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operational workflows.
This role is primarily an administrative role, with 70% focused on administration where the selected candidate will work on managing blue-collar workforce and 30% on accounts.
NOTE : Immediate joiners preferred . Candidates MUST be comfortable managing on-ground (field) operations .

Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in handling administrative duties in the Automotive sector.
- Experience into managing field operations is MANDATORY.
- Basic knowledge of accounts & cash handling.
- Comfortable with Excel & computer work.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the admin manager with daily center operations
- Maintain records, files, and administrative tasks
- Handle stock entries, stock issues & inventory tracking
- Support in billing and basic accounts work
- Maintain the cash book & daily expenses
