Job Summary

The Admin & Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and stakeholders. The role involves managing front office operations, handling communication, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience within the school campus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet parents, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle front desk operations and maintain a positive first impression of the school
  • Respond to queries from parents, students, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Provide accurate information regarding school policies, admissions, and processes
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communication effectively
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of operations
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as reporting, filing, and data management
  • Support event coordination and day-to-day school activities
  • Ensure proper visitor management and adherence to school protocols


Requirements / Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration / Management / Commerce)

Experience

  • 0.6–3 years of experience in front desk, administration, or customer-facing roles (school experience preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional appearance with a pleasant personality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Technical Skills

  • Knows google sheets
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and data management systems
  • Knowledge of ERP Next is plus.
