Administrative/Executive Assistant Opportunity in AZ
MUST BE LOCAL
Assignment Length: 10 Months
Required Education & Experience
• High school diploma or GED (no degree required).
• 7+ years of administrative experience (front desk, reception, or office support).
• Proven customer service/ "white glove" experience (non-negotiable).
Required Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills (e.g., managing visitor logs, equipment tracking).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Event planning experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Familiarity with event management software.
Required Soft Skills
• Attention to detail (critical for accuracy in visitor management).
• Strong communication (verbal/written) for professional interactions.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment (up to 8K visitors/year).
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for facility visitors, providing a professional and welcoming presence
• Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out processes and issue equipment as needed
• Access and navigate event management systems to provide information or support
• Collaborate with 28+ staff members across the facility (no single direct supervisor)
• Handle multi-line phone systems and direct inquiries appropriately

• Large facility with high visitor volume (potential for busy periods).
• Collaborative team setting with diverse stakeholders.
