Designation – Admin Assocaite
Department – HR & Admin
Location : Ahmedabad
Job time : 3 PM to 12 AM (Cab Drop Faciality)
The role involves handling Mediclaim coordination, travel desk operations, vendor management, office infrastructure maintenance, expense tracking, housekeeping supervision, and security oversight to ensure smooth workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Mediclaim queries, claims coordination, and policy records
- Handle travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs) and coordinate with vendors
- Oversee office maintenance, utilities, and AMC vendor management
- Maintain admin expense records and ERP data entries
- Supervise housekeeping and security staff to ensure workplace standards
- Prepare monthly admin MIS reports and maintain documentation
- Support company events and office activities when required
Eligibility:
- Graduate (BBA / B.Com / BA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration / Facilities / Operations
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
*Weekend presence required during planned activities and company events as applicable.
