Job-Admin Manager
Location-Bhubaneswar & Paradip, Odisha, India
Responsibility-
Handle daily administrative activities
Maintain attendance records, staff data, and site documentation.
Guest house and vendor management-Arranges Accommodation & Conveyance & Food for Site Employees / Visiting HO Officials / Vendors
Carries out day to day administrative activities in terms of Staff Welfare &Site Security.
Collection & Processing of Accommodation & Conveyance Bills.
Liaises with Govt Agencies
Travel management
Arranges Gate Pass for Employees and ensures Gate Pass process is followed by Subcontractors
Coordinate with HR for onboarding, payroll inputs, and compliance
Ensures HR Compliance by Subcontractors in terms of PF , ESIC etc.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for site operations
Ensure proper filing and documentation (physical & digital)
Assist in handling site logistics and transportation arrangements
Support audits by maintaining required records and compliance documents
Act as a point of contact between site staff and head office
Ensure discipline and basic facility management at the site
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Administration/HR Management preferred)
- 10 plus years of experience in administration (site/construction preferred)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and compliance (preferred)
- Proficiency with local language
