About Us
We are a small but growing corporate apparel decorator specializing in custom-branded apparel and merchandise. We pride ourselves on quality work, strong customer relationships, and a team-first environment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a versatile, motivated individual who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being part of a fast-paced, hands-on operation.
Position Overview
This is a customer service, outside sales support, and administrative assistance role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized, easy to talk to, and comfortable interacting with customers, teammates, and production staff. Candidates may assist with light production during peak season. You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving smoothly from first contact to finished product. Willing to discuss limited hour candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Answer questions, provide quotes, and help guide customers through the ordering process
- Track orders and follow up to ensure accuracy, timelines, and satisfaction
Outside Sales Support
- Assist with client outreach, relationship-building, and follow-ups
- Support sales efforts by preparing quotes, samples, and order details
- Occasionally visit customer sites or attend local meetings/events
Administrative Assistance
- Help with order preparation, organization, and production workflow
- Assist in the shop as needed during busy periods (printing, packing, quality checks, etc.)
- Coordinate between sales, customer service, and production to keep jobs on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter who can manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Easy to talk to, approachable, and comfortable building relationships
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to jump in where needed and learn new skills
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or apparel decoration is a plus, but not required
