About the Role: Job Description / Responsibilities



  • Monetization of contracted assets – PAN India
  • ATL & BTL revenue generation
  • Prospect, Cold-call, fix meetings and pitch our inventories to marketing and brand teams and advertising agencies
  • Explain the value proposition of marketing within workplaces
  • Based on the brands objective, curate a marketing plan with available inventories and provide custom solutions
  • Own the entire sales cycle by being responsible for the deal brought in till the payment stages
  • Maximize sales and meet targets in the short and long term
  • Ensure proactive engagement with the clients and agencies in the market, aid understanding of their communication requirements to optimize sales and development efforts
  • Penetrating new markets & market mapping in parallel sectors


Qualifications: Desired profile of the candidate



  • Interest in Advertising sales, Space selling, Concept selling, Institutional sales, Media Sales, Account Manager, BTL Sales, DOOH, Activation Sales, Event Sponsorships
  • Exceptionally good communications skills - email, phone
  • Knowledgeable in marketing & advertising industry
  • Experience in presentations and pitching
