Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation & Sales

• Conduct detailed consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and skincare programmes
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
• Follow up on treatment plans and maintain high conversion rates
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Clinic Operations & Management (for Manager role)

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and therapy staff
• Manage appointment scheduling, inventory control, and reporting
• Maintain high standards of service excellence and compliance

Requirements

• Prior experience in aesthetic clinics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, confident, and service-oriented
• Well-groomed with professional presentation
• Certifications such as Cidesco, CIBTEC, ITEC, NSRS, NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, or WSQ are beneficial
• Comfortable with using IT systems and devices for daily tasks
• Work closely with doctors and therapists to ensure a seamless client experience

Previous airline cabin crew are welcomed.

Candidates without prior aesthetic experience may apply — structured training and mentorship will be provided for the right attitude and aptitude.
