We are in need of a senior Agilist / Scrum master to support a high-performing data & analytics team. Must be able to work onsite in Boston on a hybrid work model 3 days per week on / 2 days offsite.

• We need an Agile PM / Scrum certified professional with experience in Data analytics
• The team consists of a high-technical engineering and testing executors along with a senior product manager.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Agile project management experience - Scrum/KanBan
• CSM required
• Exposure working with data & analytics is highly desired
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues (and related mitigation plans); escalated in a clear and timely manner as appropriate
• Provide RAG state and status updates / slide decks for reviews and updates to the business / IT stakeholders
• Track project budget and Invoice spends, as needed
• Collaborate, participate, and contribute to collaborative IT PM/Agile center of excellence
