Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic AGM Finance to lead the finance function at Pinnacle Infotech Solutions. The AGM will be responsible for overseeing financial strategy, global operations, compliance, and risk management while supporting the company’s growth vision. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in multi-branch accounting, international financial operations, and regulatory frameworks across different geographies.


Key Responsibilities:

 Financial Strategy & Leadership

o Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

o Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and Management.

 Global & Multi-Branch Operations

o Oversee financial operations across international offices and multi-branch structures.

o Ensure compliance with global accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local statutory requirements.

 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

o Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

o Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.

 Accounting & Compliance

o Ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.

o Maintain adherence to tax regulations, FEMA, transfer pricing, and other statutory

requirements.

 Treasury & Risk Management

o Manage cash flows, working capital, and funding requirements.

o Mitigate financial risks through robust internal controls and policies.

 Stakeholder & Investor Management

o Collaborate with external auditors, regulators, banks, and financial institutions.

o Support potential fundraising, M&A activities, and investor relations.


Key Requirements:

 Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – Mandatory.

 Proven expertise in international financial operations, multi-branch accounting, and compliance.

 Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and cross-border taxation.

 Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial modelling.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
