Job Title: Color Design
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a visionary talent to bring innovative color designs to our apparel lines, ensuring market success and retail appeal. We prioritize excellence in product appearance, collaborating across various departments to deliver striking color solutions aligned with current trends.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute color strategies, ensuring marketable solutions in collaboration with design, product marketing, and development teams.
• Lead the development of line art, color merchandising, and coordinate product materials for final execution.
• Propose seasonal color strategies, creating compelling stories for category-specific lines in partnership with directors.
• Present and communicate color direction to internal stakeholders, delivering clear strategies aligned with consumer and market trends.

Required:

• Bachelor s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; Masters + 4 years or related qualifications accepted.
• Proven expertise in color design, focusing on apparel design with a strategic understanding of color usage across various distribution channels.
• Strong knowledge of consumer retail habits and competitor trends, applying insights to enhance product performance and aesthetics.
• Experience managing large projects, with advanced skills in tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO.
