Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Fixed Term Contract

TIDEL Neo Ltd. is driving the development of Mini IT Parks (50,000 – 1 lakh sq. ft.) across Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns in Tamil Nadu, creating world-class infrastructure to boost the services sector statewide. We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Engineer (Civil) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day project activities.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to Head Office.
• Verify and countersign bills submitted by contractors.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with government departments for land acquisition.
• Assist in new projects and tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BE in Civil Engineering (full-time, recognized institution).
• Experience: Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in supervision of high-rise/commercial building projects within corporate or public sector organizations.
• Languages: Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.

Compensation

• CTC: ₹50,000/- per month (negotiable based on last drawn pay & experience).
