Station Casinos - - Responsibilities: Lead unit budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to meet financial goals; Oversee departments to ensure production, fabrication and quality align with specifications; Ensure kitchens and equipment are in good working order and comply with health and safety guidelines; Conduct group and individual training and maintain open team communication through daily huddles; Enforce initiatives from the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director
