Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser for a full-time on-site role based in Noida. Responsibilities include assisting in the design process, coordinating production, ensuring garment fittings meet design specifications, overseeing embroidery and textile selections, and managing client requirements. The role involves working closely with the design and production teams to maintain the brand's high-quality standards while ensuring timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design and a strong understanding of contemporary trends.
• Experience with Textiles and Embroidery, showcasing creativity and technical expertise in surface texturing.
• Knowledge of Fitting techniques to ensure designs translate seamlessly from concept to creation.
• Versatile understanding of garment construction and the fashion industry workflow.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple design and production tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality control.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role in the fashion industry would be an advantage.
