Job Description
JOB SCOPE:-
∙Drive F&B sales for corporate, institutional, airline, and event segments.
∙Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for catering and bulk orders.
∙Support menu planning and pricing discussions as per client needs.
∙Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
∙Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolutions professionally.
∙Assist in planning and executing F&B events, tastings, and activations.
∙Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
∙Identify and develop new F&B sales opportunities across corporate and institutional segments.
∙Manage and retain key client accounts through regular engagement.
∙Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.
∙Coordinate with kitchen, production, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
∙Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and follow-ups for payments.
∙Achieve monthly revenue targets and support events, tastings, and activations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
∙Experience 4–6 years of experience in F&B sales, catering sales, or corporate sales (preferably Institutional Catering & Facility Management Services or in hospitality)
∙Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Hospitality or Business preferred).
∙Skills: Strong Communication, Presentation and Excellent negotiation and sales closing abilities.
∙Industry Preference: F&B, Airport Hospitality, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), or Catering Services.
∙Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of F&B products, menu engineering, and catering.
∙Presentation & Reporting: Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and report generation
∙Travel: Frequent travel for business development and client engagement.
