Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, finalization of accounts , including P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS and Cash Flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP accounting standards.
- Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage direct and indirect tax filings (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements and regulatory deadlines.
- Handle tax assessments, audits, and liaise with tax authorities.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial processes and internal controls.
- Support statutory, internal, and external auditors with necessary documentation.
- Implement improvements to strengthen internal control systems.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Prepare budget forecasts, variance analysis, and financial projections.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist in strategic decision‑making through financial modeling.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage daily cash flow operations and working capital requirements.
- Monitor banking activities and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Optimize fund utilization and financial risk management.
Costing & MIS Reporting
- Perform cost analysis, pricing, and profitability reporting.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports for leadership.
- Support operational teams with data‑driven cost optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications
- CA qualification from ICAI.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
