Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Assistant Manager to expand our presence across Food, Pharma, Chemical, Testing, Analytical, and Diagnostic sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B service sales experience and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for testing, analytical, and diagnostic services
- Identify new clients and generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals independently
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service industry sales
- Exposure to Food / Pharma / Chemical / Testing / Analytical / Diagnostic industries preferred
- Proven ability to work as an individual contributor
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
