Are you passionate about real estate sales and experienced in handling NRI clients? We are looking for a dynamic Asst. Sales Manager to drive international sales and manage end-to-end closures for premium real estate projects.

π Key Responsibilities:
* Source and generate leads from the NRI market through events and referrals
* Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, site/project presentation, negotiation, and closure
* Conduct virtual presentations and meetings across different time zones
* Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing, and offers
* Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in CRM
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
π― Key Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with NRI clients
* Strong understanding of international real estate buying behavior
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work flexible hours (aligned with international time zones)
* Proven track record of closures and revenue generation
