Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and executing sales strategies, generating and managing leads, and achieving sales targets. This full-time position is based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with potential customers, organizing site visits, conducting negotiations, and building strong client relationships. The Assistant Sales Manager will contribute to market research activities, provide feedback to the sales team, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Customer relationship management and excellent communication skills
  • Market analysis, lead generation, and research acumen
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sector is highly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment



JOB Description: RESPONSIBILITIES :


> Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.


>Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.


>Generating referrals from existing Sobha customers and promoting Sobha Privilege scheme.


>Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.


>Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.


>Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Sobha.


>Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.


>Working for accomplishing self and team target.


>Executing agreements within stipulated time frame.


>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.


>Actively prospect and generate leads, engaging in effective communication to pitch and sell products or services.


>Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective negotiation and closing techniques.


>Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement sales plans, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends
