Company Description

Hykon, a leading multi-crore company engaged in Power Electronics, Solar, Li-ion Battery and Electric Vehicles field, is seeking the following personnel for our Power Electronics Segment. Our product portfolio includes – UPS, Inverters, Servo Stabilizers, Solar water heaters, Lithium Ion Battery packs and Electric Three wheelers. 

Role Description

This full-time on-site role, will be responsible for assisting in sales strategy execution, overseeing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets for UPS sales. Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the market. The Assistant Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in power electronics or related fields, and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and emerging markets.
• Proficiency in managing sales processes and achieving targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with UPS systems and technical products is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for client visits and market expansion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and highlight the value proposition of our products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, system integrators, and end-users.

Work Location: Trichy

Educational Qualification: Graduate / B Tech/ BE / MBA

Salary Range: ₹45,000- ₹55,000per month with additional Variable pay based on performance
