Associate Attorney - Banking & Finance

ZEK's growing Banking and Real Estate Lending Practice is seeking an attorney with one to three years of experience.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in New York
• One to 3 years of experience as banking and lending associate

Responsibilities:

The role will include drafting documentation for bank and non-bank financial institutions and private lenders for transactions secured by real estate, various other types of personal property, as well as for non-performing remedial matters. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, organizational and analytical skills and is capable of running a transaction as part of the team.
