Job Description
Overview You will drive high quality, differentiated client experience for Commercial Clients Margin & Covenant process from credit approval through to the funding stage. You will serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Commercial Account Manager Business and Clients to facilitate efficient and effective margining and covenant fulfillment procedures and related activities within established Client Service Commitments. You will provide support to Commercial Financial Services (CFS) by acting as the subject matter expert for financial statements data entry to be used for financial analysis purposes.
What will you do? Manage a portfolio in the mid to high end of the Commercial Financial Services (CFS) market for margins and covenants Provide consistent service, contributing to achieving business Client Service Commitments (CSCs) Input CFS clients’ Annual Financial Statements data into FSS to be used for further financial analysis Takes ownership to resolve issues at the first point of contact; demonstrate a long-term perspective in addressing client concerns Identify inefficiencies and recommend value-added enhancements; develop strong working relationships with stakeholders (CAG Risk, GRM, BSC) to optimize overall processing time What do you need to succeed? Must-have Solid commercial credit experience Deep understanding of Compliance and Monitoring activities for Commercial Banking Ability to read and interpret commercial financial statements Willing to work Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Bilingual English and French required, as you will regularly serve clients and interact with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs Nice-to-have Knowledge of RBC systems (Outlook, RBCnet, Synergy, NEWTON, CMS) Understanding of Compliance and Monitoring activities for Commercial Banking Small Business or Commercial credit experience What’s in it for you?
