We are hiring for Associate Consultant, Consultant and Senior Consultant roles. (Your designation will be determined based on your profile and interview performance.)

Core Responsibilities (for all roles, with level-based expectations)

Research & Analysis

• Conduct secondary market research, industry analysis and data collection
• Benchmark competitors, compile financial/market data, and prepare concise research summaries
• Validate and refine research done by junior members (Consultant/Associates)

Client Deliverables & Problem-Solving

• Support or lead the creation of client deliverables: reports, insight decks, market scans, and strategic recommendations
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for client presentations
• Own specific project workstreams (e.g., market sizing, customer segmentation, operational mapping)
• Work closely with global teams across time zones
• Participate in internal discussions, brainstorming and project reviews
• Provide guidance, feedback and mentorship to Associates (Consultant & Senior Consultant levels)

Leadership & Ownership (Senior Consultant)

• Oversee analytical direction and ensure quality of project outputs
• Identify new strategic angles and strengthen the project’s overall insight quality
• Support onboarding and training of consultants/associates

What we are looking for:

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in consulting
• Familiarity with frameworks like SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s 5 Forces is a plus (not mandatory)

Progression Path:

• Associate → Consultant (after 4–6 months of strong performance & 2 completed project)
• Consultant → Senior Consultant (after 3 projects & demonstrating analytical leadership)
• Senior Consultant → Project Lead (after consistent performance, leadership & at least 2 projects)

This is a non-remunerated, experience-based role, designed for emerging talent/professionals looking for a chance to gain experience and build practical, real-world skills.
