About Role:


We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Account Manager to lead and grow strategic client relationships in the US market. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, media planning, execution excellence, and revenue growth, with a strong focus on high-impact and interactive display solutions.


As the key point of contact for assigned US clients and agencies, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from RFP analysis and proposal development to execution oversight, performance optimization, and post-campaign insights.


Roles & Responsibility:


  • Own Client Relationships (US Market): Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US clients/agencies; lead regular calls, performance discussions, and strategic conversations.
  • RFP & Proposal Management: Analyse RFP briefs, build strategic media plans in Excel, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop compelling proposal decks tailored to client KPIs.
  • Campaign Execution Ownership: Ensure seamless campaign launch by coordinating with Ad Ops, Creative, Tech, and Sales teams; track timelines and maintain delivery accuracy.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across display formats; proactively identify revenue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign pacing and performance (CTR, Engagement Rate, CPC, CAC, ROAS); proactively suggest optimizations to improve outcomes.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Strategy, Creative, Ad Ops, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure alignment across proposals, execution, and reporting.
  • Interactive Display Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of high-impact and interactive display formats (e.g., gamified, swipe, video-integrated units) and recommend formats aligned with client objectives.
  • Reporting & Insight Generation: Create detailed weekly and post-campaign reports; translate data into actionable insights and clear performance narratives.
  • Attention to Detail & Quality Control: Ensure accuracy in IOs, pricing, targeting, tracking pixels, macros, and billing details to maintain high execution standards.
  • Commercial & Revenue Accountability: Understand pricing strategy, margin structures, and revenue targets; contribute to forecasting and quarterly revenue planning.
  • Presentation & Communication Excellence: Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to US clients; confidently address objections and technical questions.
  • Proactiveness & Ownership Mindset: Operate with a growth-driven approach — proactively follow up, suggest new campaign ideas, and act as a mini-business owner for assigned accounts.


Required Skills:


  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or display account management.
  • Strong understanding of display advertising ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, tracking, attribution).
  • Proven experience managing US-based clients or agencies.
  • Hands-on expertise in building media plans and rate calculations in Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA/CAC, CPM, ROAS, engagement metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience driving upsell/cross-sell revenue within existing accounts.
  • Experience working with interactive or rich media display formats is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, margin structures, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to translate client objectives into measurable media strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization capabilities.
  • Comfort managing revenue targets and contributing to quarterly growth planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.
