Role Description

We are looking for a sharp, curious Associate Product Manager to help shape the player experience and drive product growth. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to define features, prioritize the roadmap, and ship updates that players love. As an AI-driven studio, we actively leverage AI tools and workflows across product development—making this a unique opportunity to build hands-on AI skills while growing as a product manager. This is a full-time, work from office role located in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap using player data, market trends, and business goals.
• Own features end-to-end: ideation, spec writing, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with Data to interpret KPIs (Retention, LTV, Conversion) and turn insights into action.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to improve key metrics.
• Write clear requirements and user stories for Engineering and Design.
• Monitor the competitive landscape in casual/mobile gaming.
• Coordinate execution across Design, Engineering, QA, and LiveOps.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as an Associate Product Manager in gaming, OR 2–3 years as a Product Analyst in gaming.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data-informed decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GameAnalytics).
• Experience with AI tools and workflows.
• Understanding of mobile game economies, LiveOps, or monetization.
• Exposure to A/B testing frameworks.
• Passion for mobile games—bonus if you play casual/card games.
