Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
• Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients
• Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs
• Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms
• Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holder
• No relevant experiences required, full training provided
• Relevant experience in 360 recruitment will be a strong advantage
